29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) South St., Templeton, MA: On or about November 30, 2018, 2 employees were observed working on the roof of this residence without any fall protection, more than 20 feet above the ground below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Set Connectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this standard 29CFR 1926.501 (b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1140814, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at16 Hillside, Ipswich, MA.
