29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA:    (a) Taylor Communications, 121 Mount Zion Road, York, Pennsylvania - An employee suffered a right ankle fracture, resulting in hospitalization, on November 10, 2018 as a result of getting struck by a paper roll.  The employer failed to report this work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.  (The employer reported this hospitalization to OSHA on November 12, 2018.)    Corrected during the inspection.
