29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panel board enclosures in wet locations were not weatherproof:  Control Center: A junction box with knockouts was fixed to the concrete floor and was not elevated to prevent water from coming inside the box. The junction box contained energized conductors and was placed in a location that had been flooded.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock injuries.
