29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(E): Retraining was not conducted when a condition in the workplace changes in a manner that could affect safe operation of the truck: (a) Facility, 735 Beechnut Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about December 3, 2018 the employer had not conducted retraining to employees who are required to unload pin wheeled pallets using powered pallet jacks to ensure the employee was knowledgeable and competent to perform the task safely.
