29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) VL Roofing LLC at 11801 York St., Northglenn, CO 80233: On and before November 27, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that approximately 5-10 employees were engaged in re-roofing activities on apartment buildings (#5 & 8) without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 27 feet.
