29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about December 14, 2018, employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to, battery acid when they add water to the forklift batteries. The employer failed to provide suitable facilities for flushing of the eyes to employees exposed to corrosive materials.
