On or about 11/28/2018, at the jobsite, the employer, directed subcontractor employees from Padilla Stucco to follow a written Fall Protection Program that was not designed specifically for the jobsite and the written program that was provided did not adequately address protecting employees from falling while engaged in residential construction.
