29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4):Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) On or about October 19, 2023, at the site located at 5000 Collina Terrace Clermont, FL 34711, an employee was observed working near a 528-gallon Western Global fuel cube model# FCP 500 serial# 23000412 that was not protected against collision damage from forklifts, and vehicular traffic exposing employees to explosion and struck by hazards.
