29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: Note:  Does not apply to employees who have previously received the complete hepatitis B vaccination series, for whom antibody testing has indicated immunity, or for whom the vaccine is contraindicated for medical reasons.    a)Establishment: The Hepatitis B vaccination was not offered to employees working in the Intake Department exposed to contaminated sharps and linen soiled with blood or other potentially infectious material within 10 working days of initial assignment, on or about 12/6/19.      NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFG 1903.19.
