29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (c)(2) though (c)(4) of this section with the employees involved before they start each job:    a)   MCC ROOM: A job briefing including the required subjects under 29 CFR 1910.269 (c)(2) was not conducted to inform workers of the hazards associated with racking and rolling in the switchgear for the main air compressor, exposing employees to hazards from arc flashes including burns and heat inhalation. On December 5, 2018, three employee sustained burns resulting from an arc flash.
