OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals:    (a)  On or about 12/03/2019 - Chiller and Rechiller Areas, the employer failed to follow written procedures for the Morris Rechiller HX-25 water pump motor and the panel box.  The manufacturer's guidelines call for "check for loose wiring connections inside the panel box" monthly and that the lubrication of the motor bearings be completed per the manufacturer's guidelines.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
