29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: On or about December 07, 2018, an employee was observed performing construction activities on a low sloped and wet residential roof without any type of fall protection system. This condition exposed employee to falls hazards above six feet. Reyes Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1262162, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/01/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 6573 Julianna St.El Paso, TX 79932
