Building 3030, walk-in freezer; the employer did not ensure that the emergency release mechanism was readily accessible. A Jamison Mark IV walk-in freezer, had pallets of frozen products stored in front of the emergency escape mechanism for door number two.        b. Building 3030, three designated exit routes were not substantially level and stairs or a suitable ramp was not provided:             (1) Food service office area, the designated exit route was not substantially level and stairs or a suitable ramp was not provided. Surface was covered with snow and has 46-inch change in elevation from the loading ramp.            (2) Shipping and packing area, the designated exit route was not substantially level and stairs or a suitable ramp was not provided. Surface was covered with snow and has 46-inch change in elevation from the loading ramp.            (3) Stock readiness area, the designated exit route was not substantially level and stairs or a suitable ramp was not provided. Surface was covered with snow and has 46-inch change in elevation from the loading ramp.   This condition exposed employees to a hazardous indoor work environment and fire hazards.
