29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 10, 2018, at 630 NE 14 Ct Fort Lauderdale, FL, a. Employees performing roofing work approximately 24-feet from ground level were not protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system. 1st REPEAT: CAG Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this standard of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209866, citation number 01, item number 001, with respect to a workplace located at 3770 County Line Road, Tequesta, FL 33469 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/15/2017.
