29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used:  On or about March 20, 2019, at  11741 SW 156 Ave, Homestead, FL, 33030, the employer failed to train employees in the use of fall protection while conducting framing work and installing plywood sheathing on a new residential structure with a roof pitch of 7:12, thus exposing workers to a fall hazard of 20 feet to ground level.
