29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a) On or about August 29, 2018 at loading door G2: The employer failed to ensure the brakes and/or wheel blocks were in place to prevent the tractor trailer from pulling away from the loading dock when the forklift and forklift operator were still loading totes of return parts exposing him to the hazards associated with fall of 4 feet 1 inch to the surface.
