29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1)-(3)(iv) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:    a) Maven Solutions, LLC on or about December 11th, 2018 at 6420 Rogers Rd, Delta, OH:  The employer did not provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals used in the workspace at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced such as: Aqua Ammonia, Glycol Ether EB, 2-Butoxyethanol, Titanium Dioxide, Carbon Black, n-Butyl Alcohol, and Isobutyl Alcohol.  Employees working with or near these chemicals were exposed to respiratory hazards in that they were not trained in: detection of the presence or release of these chemicals, the health hazards of these chemicals, specific protective measures, and the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer including an explanation of labels.
