29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds).    In that the employer did not comply with 29 CFR1926.454(b)(2):  The employer did not have each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question.    For the employee assembling the steel rolling scaffold on or about November 29, 2018 and times prior there to, the employer did not have a competent person trained in erecting, constructing, or inspecting the scaffold prior to allowing employees to work on the scaffold.  This exposes employees to falls from elevation or struck-by hazards from collapse.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.    For the employee injured while working on the scaffold on or about November 29, 2018, and times prior thereto, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of the employee injured by falling from a scaffold.
