This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 104 Apollo St., Alda, Nebraska 68810 on or about December 12, 2018. The Wilton drill press was being used by an employee without a guard. Instance b) Employees are exposed to the hazard of a pinch point. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 104 Apollo St., Alda, Nebraska 68810 on or about December 12, 2018. The Baldor belt grinder did not guarding on the lower portion.

29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the material being cut: The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from amputation hazards. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 104 Apollo St., Alda, Nebraska 68810 on or about December 12, 2018. The lower portion of the Fairfield radial saw did not have guards on lower portion to prevent contact with the rotating blade. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
