29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items A-D of this section: The employer was failing to protect employees from electrical shock, amputations, and caught in between hazards. This was most recently documented on November 29, 2023 at 104 Apollo Avenue, Alda, Nebraska. The employer failed to establish lockout/tag-out procedures for each piece of equipment to be locked out to include reenergizing.
