Employers shall select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes.  a) Warehouse, LPG container storage: On December 17, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards while removing and replacing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) containers on a forklift Toyota Model 8FGCU25 Serial Number 92265, in that proper skin protection was not provided.
