On or about December 18, 2018, In the exhibit prep office, room 151, the employer had two relocatable power taps were daisy chained together and to an extension cord to provide power to computer equipment. c. On or about December 18, 2018, In the facility managers office, room 156, the employer had two relocatable power taps that were daisy chained together to provide power to computer equipment.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A) as required by 1960.8(b): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about December 18, 2018, in storage and access area behind Oval Office exhibit, the employer used flexible cable as a substitute for fixed wiring in that an extension cord was used to power to an alarm box there by exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
