29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite: On or about December 19, 2018, two employees were working on a roof and they were not protected from falling about 17 to 25 feet from the roof. The pitch of the roof was about 8 in 12.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee: (a) Jobsite: On or about December 19, 2018, the employer needs to retrain his two employees who were not protected from falling while they were working on roof. The pitch of the roof was about 8 in 12 and the fall hazard was ranged from about 17 to 25 feet to the ground.
