(a)  On or about December 4, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees installed prefabricated 73' 6" long span roof trusses weighing 1500 lbs. per truss, and did not assure that the Temporary Installation Restraint/Bracing and the Permanent Individual Truss Member Restraint and Diagonal Bracing were installed properly and exposed employees to struck by, fall, and/or caught between hazards. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a)  On or about December 17, 2018, employees performing framing activities and sheathing a 6 in 12 pitch roof structure were exposed to fall hazards ranging from heights of approximately 25 to 35 feet at the peak of this structure.  CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION  B & B Framing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1151981, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on July 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 485 East 50th Street, Garden City, ID 83714.
