29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: (a) Located in the Northwest corner, the plug for the Carrier brand "Dr. Pepper Cooler" was not properly grounded in that the employer used a plug adapter and did properly ground the adapter which exposed employees to potential shock hazards while stocking the cooler.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. (A) Located at the cash register closest to the exit, the employer did not protect employees for potential exposure to electric shock hazards in that the power cable for the Pepsi cooler was routed through a hole in the metal register counter which created a sharp edge that could cause damage to the cord.
