29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: Location: main electrical room On or about 12/17/19, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when emptying a barrel filled with water draining from a leaking conduit containing 480 volt conductors . The employer had a drain hole drilled into the conduit to drain the water to keep it from entering the main electrical switch gear. AFP 105 Corporation, dba Radisson Hotel Nashua was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1318299, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on 9/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Tara Blvd., Nashua, NH.
