An electrical junction box was located above the door to the compressor room with exposed spliced wires with no face plate.

At the worksite located at 102 W 2nd Street, Lowry City, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the old feed mill.  Adjacent to the door frame was a light switch with a broken face plate.  Employees use the light switch when working in the old feed mill.

At the worksite located at 102 W 2nd Street, Lowry City, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the old feed mill.  The cord coming from the electrical box labeled "cracker" had no strain relief.  Internal wiring was exposed.
