29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: At the worksite located at 102 W 2nd Street, Lowry City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the old feed mill. An electrical junction box was located above the door to the compressor room with exposed spliced wires with no face plate.

29 CFR 1910.305(c)(4): Snap switches mounted in boxes did not have faceplates installed so as to completely cover the opening and seat against the finished surface. At the worksite located at 102 W 2nd Street, Lowry City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the old feed mill. Adjacent to the door frame was a light switch with a broken face plate. Employees use the light switch when working in the old feed mill.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. At the worksite located at 102 W 2nd Street, Lowry City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the old feed mill. The cord coming from the electrical box labeled "cracker" had no strain relief. Internal wiring was exposed.
