Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards, such as falls during job site operations, decreasing the probability of employee injury and/or illness.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. A) Bellestri's Home Improvements, LLC on or about December 27, 2018 at the address of 1106 Mccord Road, Holland, OH: The employer had not trained employees in the appropriate use of fall protection, such as but not limited to, the use of personal fall arrest systems while performing various roofing operations. The employees did not recognize the hazards associated with working from an elevated locations of (9 and 21 feet) without the benefit of fall protection.

Four employees were exposed to falls while using the ladder to access the scaffold and roof.
