This was most recently observed on December 27, 2019 at 3838 S. 108th St. Omaha, Nebraska. The employer is failing to ensure that electrical cords used in wet areas were approved for this location. Electrical cords were being used with 4X4 metal enclosure and spliced in areas were water was pooling on the ground. These cords were ran through the water.
