29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) 88 Hazelwood Ave., Longmeadow, MA: on or about November 9., 2018, an employee was observed working form the pic of a pump jack scaffold system, more than 14 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
