29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary: a) 240 Country Rd., Southampton, MA: On or about July 31, 2019, an employee was working from a pump jack scaffold system whose poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom. Dale Crane, DBA Crane Exterior Design was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.452 (j) 2 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1369373, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/19/19, with respect to a workplace located at88 Hazelwood Ave., Longmeadow, MA.
