29 CFR 1910.37(a)(2): Exit routes were not arranged so that employees did not travel toward a high hazard area: (a) Building S34, Room 112-1. Emergency evacuation of employees to the outdoor exit results in travel with increasing proximity to the dust collector. The emergency exit at the wood shop was approximately 6.7 feet away from the Donaldson Torit dust collector, model UMA 250, serial number 10534223-L1-1. A dust collector bulk sample is explosive and the Kst test result is 3.6 bar*meter/second. These conditions were noted on or about 03/28/2019.
