29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record:  a) 78 Williams St., Longmeadow, MA: On or about December 20, 2018, the employer did not verify compliance with this section by preparing a written certification record for employee fall protection training.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).  JCL Home Improvement Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926 503 (b) 1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1306128, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling to that lower level by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 78 Williams St., Longmeadow, MA: On or about December 20, 2018, three employees were not protected from falls of more  than 20 feet to the ground below by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems, while roofing this residence.    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
