29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 4925 Grant Drive, York, Pennsylvania - An employee installed roofing on the back porch roof, which had a maximum height above the ground of 9 feet 3 inches and a slope of 2 in 12.  The employee did not use conventional fall protection or alternative fall protection that complied with another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), exposing the employee to the hazard of falling from the roof to the ground below, on or about January 11, 2019.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
