Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) 2669 MacArthur Road Whitehall, PA., Roof: On or about May 12, 2022, employees did leading-edge work while installing gutters along the flat roof of a one-level, commercial building, however, no fall protection was utilized.
