29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: A.) NST Fall Creek, LLC dba MPP Falls Creek, 409 3rd Street, Falls Creek, PA 15840, packing/shipping area, on or about January 14, 2019 and times prior there to: The fire exit sign above the fire exit on the northwest side of the packing/shipping area was blocked by storage racking systems. Directional exit signage was not installed to direct employees to the fire exit. B.) NST Fall Creek, LLC dba MPP Falls Creek, 409 3rd Street, Falls Creek, PA 15840, packing/shipping area, on or about January 14, 2019 and times prior there to: The fire exit sign above the fire exit on the west side of the packing/shipping area was blocked by storage racking systems. Directional exit signage was not installed to direct employees to the fire exit.
