29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container(s) of hazardous chemicals in the workplace were labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: On or about January 16, 2018, and at times prior thereto, in the Batch Area two spray bottles were not labeled with the contents of the bottles, exposing employees to the hazards of eye and skin irritants.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: On or about January 12, 2019, employees transferring Asphalt Hot Oil into a tanker truck were not instructed on safe work practices while checking the level of the oil, exposing the employees to thermal burns.
