29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about January 16, 2019, at other times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slip and trip hazards such where isle ways and passages are being blocked by steel material, metal strips, card boards, trash and rags through out the production area.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Adjacent to the Spray Paint Booth: On or about January 16, 2019, at other times prior thereto, the employees were exposed to a fire hazard while fire extinguisher was not mounted for immediate use in case of an emergency.
