Employees are having to walk across sidewalks and parking lots in and around the facility that are not free of ice causing them to slip and fall. This was most recently documented at 2700 Norfolk Ave. Norfolk, Nebraska on or about January 16, 2019 where an employee fell and struck their head as they were walking on the icy parking lot.

An employee working for the company slipped on ice in the parking lot and was hospitalized on December 27, 2018.
