OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to additional bodily harm or potential permanent disabling injuries that could result from the employer's not notifying emergency medical services: On or about 12/10/18, an employee who experienced unconsciousness while operating the Hyster 360-48 powered industrial truck (PIT), was exposed to hazards resulting from the delay in the use of professional health care services.
