29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:       a) Third floor, on or about 1-17-19:  Employees were performing framing tasks at the immediate unprotected edge of a floor deck, without the training necessary for the employees to recognize the hazards associated with falls and their work, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet.
