On or about January 28, 2019, Production Area: Employees routinely worked with chemicals including but not limited to: Flexographic inks containing amine, resin and carbon black; Blanket & Roller Wash containing butoxyethanol, 2-, D-Limonene, light aliphatic solvent naphtha, trimethylbenzene, 1,2,4-; isopropanol; and Bondaflex Sil 100GP silicone sealant containing methyltriacetoxysilane and ethyltriacetoxysilane. The company had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that addressed labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets and employee information and training.
