29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) On or about 1st Priority Roofing, LLC, as the controlling employer, did not protect employees of Sanchez Roofing, sub-contractor, MGS Roofing, sub-contractor, Arteaga Roofing, sub-contractor and Lopez Roofing, sub-contractor, from fall hazards of thirty two feet and greater while engaged in residential re-roofing operations.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    1st Priority Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004986, citation number 1, item 1 and became a final order on December 22, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 630 N Tejon, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.    1st Priority Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947802, citation number 1, item 1 and became a final order on February 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3213 N Arcadia St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
