29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : Building Exterior: Employees were working from an unprotected flat work platform in which a means of fall protection was not utilized exposing the workers to fall hazards of approximately 10ft to the concrete below. Condition noted on or about 01/25/2019. VH Construction Inc was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1270303 and 955208. In regards to Inspection Number 1270303, Citation # 02, Item # 001, was issued on 12/05/2017 to a workplace located at 240 Paramus Road, Ridgewood NJ 07450. This citation became a final order on 12/20/2017. In regards to Inspection Number 955208, Citation #01, Item # 02 , was issued on 02/25/2014 to a work place located at 296 Perrine Boulevard, Manasquan NJ 08736. This citation became a final order (Debt Collection)
