29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  Trim and RSD Shops: Combustible wood dust, generated by cutting and drilling operations  was allowed to accumulate on conduit, shelving, electrical boxes, overhead trusses, and on and under wood working machinery creating a potential fire hazard.
