29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) New townhome construction located on Lot #53, Front side: On or about 01/28/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 14-feet to the lower level, in that a lanyard was not provided to an employee wearing a full body harness inside the aerial lift basket installing plywood sheathing. The employee was not attached to one of the anchor points provided inside the aerial lift work platform.
