29 CFR 1926.1051(a):Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: (a) Third Story, Roof Access: On or about 04/18/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the next level in that no ladder was provided for employees to both access and egress the roof relying on the use of the 2x4 wall brace.
