29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: De la Cruz Stone Masonry LLC, Hoschton, GA - On or about 01/252/2019, at 4755 Goldstone Crossing, Lot 25A, Stonewater Creek subdivision, employees were observed engaged in masonry activities at a residential construction site while were putting concrete stones (bricks) in front of a house. Employees were exposed to head injury when not wearing head protection (hard hat) while collecting trash on the ground, under and around a scaffold while other employees were working on the scaffold.
