On or about 1/25/2019 at 4755 Goldstone Crossing, Lot 25A, Stonewater Creek subdivision, Hoschton, GA an employee  was observed performing masonry activities from a scaffold platform with nails protruding through the planks at the working  level, exposing him to puncture and trip/fall hazards up to 7.5-feet to the lower level.    b. On or about 1/25/2019 at 4755 Goldstone Crossing, Lot 25A, Stonewater Creek subdivision, Hoschton, GA an employee  was observed performing masonry activities from the ground where debris was scattered exposing him to tripping hazards.
