29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): (a) Facility, 1212 Mill Road, Duncansville, PA: On or about February 14, 2019 several employees who operate the Case 586G and other powered industrial trucks have not received training and evaluation to ensure they are competent to operate the equipment safely. The employees use the truck to move pallets of sand and other materials as needed.
